CAS-E is also affiliated with the Elite Master’s Program “Standards of Decision-Making Across Cultures” (SDAC) at FAU through joint lectures, seminars, and faculty exchanges. It is an interdisciplinary course of study in cultural studies with a special emphasis in Greater China and South East Asia. The program also combines a “Global Studies” approach with general training in intercultural competencies from a decidedly non-Eurocentric transregional perspective.
